We believe in the personal Spiritual development of those participating in the intern program through:

   » Daily personal study programs
   » Courses taught by LCC leaders and Recognized Spiritual Authorities
   » Participate & fund raise for short term missions trip
   » Weekly accountability with Spiritual mentor
   » Attend & actively participate in weekly home-cell group
